The article describes the case of a 21-year-old Egyptian man who developed Brucella meningitis. He was taken to the Abbasia Fever Hospital in Cairo, Egypt after experiencing anorexia, weight loss, fever, vomiting and headache. This case emphasizes the challenges of diagnosing chronic meningitis. A week after taking anti-Brucella treatment, he became afebrile with improved esotropia.
